Hydration means having enough fluid in your body. The majority of hydration comes from water. The rest is found in your cells and lymphatic system. Hydration keeps your skin moist and supple. It also affects your internal organs and cells. Without hydration, your body fails to work properly. This is called dehydration. The fluid intake you need comes from a great number of things, including pure water. Some of the foods you eat provide the necessary water you need to be healthy. Does Weight Training Really Reduce Breast Size In Women?

One of the most common myths about weight training for women is that weight training reduces breast size and creates a flat manly looking chest. This misconception has prevented many women from incorporating weight training into their quests to lose weight and firm up their bodies- a path that inevitably leads to failure as weight training is without question the most effective way to really tone up and develop a tight body. But what about the prospect of becoming flat chested? To answer that I can honestly say that unless you plan on starving yourself  or using anabolic steroids, women have little to worry about in terms of their breasts getting smaller from weight training.

Almond Buttered Banana Freeze + Açaí

Makes 4 servings

Almonds provide calcium, protein, and vitamin E, bananas are loaded with potassium, and açaí is full of antioxidants and healthy omegas. This easy smoothie is a great post workout fuel – it helps increase circulation and blood flow to stressed muscles, while building lean tissue.

2 bananas, sliced
1/4 cup raw almond butter
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
3 to 4 cups Organic Sambazon Açaí Juice
